01Acceptance of terms
These Terms are between you and Lumo Technologies Pte. Ltd. ("Lumo", "TokiTail", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using TokiTail's mobile app, Smart Tag, website, or AI triage services (together, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.
02What TokiTail is — and isn't
TokiTail provides AI-assisted pet-health triage (Red / Orange / Green), health timeline visualization, and Smart Tag sensor insights for your pet. TokiTail is not a veterinary practice and does not provide veterinary diagnosis, prescription, or treatment.

03Eligibility & your account
You must be 13 or older, or meet the higher minimum age required in your region, to use TokiTail. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity on your account. One account per person.
04Subscription & billing
Paid digital plans purchased through the iOS app are processed through Apple In-App Purchase and renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription through Settings → Subscription or your Apple ID subscription settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Trials convert to paid unless cancelled before the trial ends. Smart Tag and other physical-hardware purchases are separate and may be processed through Stripe, Apple Pay, or another supported payment provider.
05Smart Tag hardware
If you purchase a TokiTail Smart Tag, shipping, returns, and limited hardware warranty are covered in our Hardware Terms. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible unopened or defective products.
06Your content
Photos, videos, text, pet-profile information, and sensor data you upload remain yours. You grant TokiTail a limited license to process this content only as reasonably necessary to provide and operate the Services for you, including AI features, pet-health timelines, Smart Tag features, and related functionality.
07Acceptable use
Don't use TokiTail to harm animals, impersonate others, interfere with or reverse engineer the app or Smart Tag, or rely on TokiTail as your sole emergency response. Abuse or misuse may result in account suspension or termination.
08Termination
You can delete your account anytime from Settings → Account → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Account deletion is generally processed within 30 days, subject to legal or security-related retention requirements described in the Privacy Policy.
09Disclaimers & liability
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TokiTail and Lumo Technologies Pte. Ltd. are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be announced in-app, by email, or through another appropriate notice. Questions: [email protected].
